Terms of Services• Payment is required upfront with Paypal. (Before sketching)
• Please use picture references when explaining your request, I may give suggestions.
• If I accept your request, I will message you through your preferred place of contact. If you do not reply after 3 days, I have the rights to decline your request.
• I will provide a sketch WIP for your approval and edits can be made then. We will fix it based on your suggestions up to three times, including for other process to finish.
• A commission cannot be canceled with the exception during sketching phase. (The refunded amount will be 100% sans tax required to refund the money.)
• I do not offer refunds after the commission is finished.
• A commission will be finished in maximum 2 weeks, more than that will be notified.
• I will update you on any progress that I made.
• I am not “work for hire” and no project undertaken by a private client is to be interpreted as such.
• I retain all rights to artwork and projects regardless of the subject matter, including the rights to display, distribute, copy, publish, adapt, and reproduce work for profit or promotion. What will be given to you is: 1) the ownership of hours you have paid that I took to work on the projects, 2) the intellectual ownership of character portrayed if it's owned by you, 3) the permission to use the project for any non-commercial purposes (icon, gifts, posts).
• You may use the works for any non-commercial purposes (icon, gifts, posts), but not allowed to edit, sell the works nor the license of the work to other third parties, or repurpose the works for sale (merchandise, goods, blockchain, etc.).
• If there are no objections, I will post the works on my pages (Twitter, Tumblr, Ko-fi, Patreon, and my portofolio) with watermark and proper crediting).
• I have the right to reject commission requests for any reason.The client must read, understand, and agree to all the terms as put forth above before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the client agrees to the above terms.
